Byg-WD receives National Recognition for ISO Certification

The District was one of the few Water Districts that has been recognized by the Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) for obtaining and retaining its ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification.

The Certificate of Recognition was formally awarded during the 7th GQMC Recognition Ceremony and Public Sector Quality and Productivity Improvement Forum last October 24, 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City. The District was represented by GM Asis and Ms. De Claro. In December 2018, the District finally received its ISO 9001:2015 after series of internal and external audits. November this year will be the Surveillance Audit that will test the District’s adherence to world-class standards.
