Byg-WD passes first ISO Internal Quality Audit

The District passed its first Quality Management System Surveillance Audit under its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification last December 11, 2019.

The NQA Philippines Inc., a leading UKAS/ANAB accredited certification body conducted its first annual surveillance audit and found no cases of non-conformity in QMS. Still, they will be conducting annual audits to ensure the compliance of the District’s QMS until the certification expires.

Byg-WD was certified compliant with the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems which indicates its consistency in providing sustainable water quality services as well as the ability in enhancing customer satisfaction.
